This 7-day, 6-night private tour follows Vietnamese food from Hanoi's street stalls to a Mekong Delta floating market. You get three guided food experiences, a cooking class and a day in Cần Thơ, alongside the main sights of Hanoi, Hue and Hoi An.

Hanoi street food, with a guide
On your first evening a guide walks you through Hanoi for pho, bun cha, cha ca, banh mi and tra chanh, and explains how locals eat. The next day has pho for lunch and coffee in the Old Quarter.
Hue and Hoi An
In Hue you eat bun bo Hue for lunch and have a royal-style dinner after the Imperial Citadel, Thiên Mụ Pagoda and Khải Định Tomb. In Hoi An you visit the market first, then join the cooking class.
Saigon and the Mekong Delta
An evening food tour in Ho Chi Minh City for com tam, banh xeo, hu tieu and ca phe sua da. The next day you go to Cần Thơ for Cái Răng floating market, a fruit orchard, a coconut candy workshop and a Delta lunch.
Meals, flights and what to settle yourself
Breakfast and the meals listed day by day are part of the program, and the itinerary shows which meals are covered on each day. Domestic flight tickets for Hanoi–Hue and Da Nang–Ho Chi Minh City are included, along with a private air-conditioned vehicle, an English-speaking guide and bottled water on the vehicle.
International flights and visa costs, drinks and personal expenses, tips for the guide, single room supplements and holiday or Tet surcharges, and travel insurance are not included.
