Day 1
Arrival in Hanoi – Street Food Walk
Pick up at Noi Bai airport. Check in. Evening: Hanoi street food walk: pho, bun cha, cha ca, banh mi, lemon tea. Guide introduces food culture. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2
Hanoi City Tour – Cuisine
After breakfast, visit Temple of Literature, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Hoan Kiem Lake. Lunch: Hanoi pho. Afternoon: museum visit, old quarter café. Evening: free to explore cuisine. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 3
Hanoi – Fly to Hue – Royal Cuisine
After breakfast, fly to Hue. Visit Hue Imperial City. Lunch: Hue beef noodle soup. Afternoon: Thien Mu Pagoda, Khai Dinh Tomb. Evening: royal-style dinner. Overnight in Hue.
Day 4
Hue – Hoi An – Cooking Class
After breakfast, depart for Hoi An via Hai Van Pass. Arrive in Hoi An, check in. Afternoon: cooking class: Hoi An market + cooking. Evening: free to explore lantern town. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 5
Hoi An – Fly to Ho Chi Minh City – Food Tour
After breakfast, visit Hoi An Ancient Town. Check out, fly to Ho Chi Minh City. Check in. Evening: Saigon food tour: broken rice, banh xeo, hu tieu, iced coffee with condensed milk. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 6
Ho Chi Minh City – Mekong – Tropical Fruits
After breakfast, depart for Can Tho. Cai Rang floating market, fruit garden, coconut candy village. Lunch: Mekong Delta cuisine. Afternoon: return to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Ho Chi Minh City – Departure
