Whenever practical, we work with locally based guides, drivers, hosts and independent businesses. This helps keep more of the value created by travel in the communities that welcome our guests, while giving travellers a more personal connection to the destination.

• Reduce single-use items where practical and carry a reusable water bottle.
• Respect wildlife, protected areas and local rules; never feed, touch or remove natural objects.

We look for service partners who operate professionally, treat their teams fairly and care for the destinations where they work. No supplier is perfect, so we review feedback and adjust our recommendations when a service no longer meets the standard we expect.
