This ten-day private tour runs from Hanoi south to the Mekong Delta, with a night aboard a Halong Bay cruise boat and stays in Hue, Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh City along the way. Hanoi and Halong Bay
Two days in Hanoi for the Old Quarter, the Temple of Literature, the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and a water puppet show. Then one night on a Halong Bay cruise with a cave visit, kayaking, swimming and squid fishing.
Hue and Hoi An
In Hue you visit the Imperial Citadel, Khải Định Tomb and Thiên Mụ Pagoda and take a dragon boat on the Perfume River. You drive over the Hải Vân Pass to Hoi An, where you have the old town in the evening and a day with one activity and free time.
Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta
An afternoon at Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Central Post Office and Bến Thành Market, then a day trip to Cần Thơ for Cái Răng floating market, a fruit orchard and a coconut candy village.
How the days are organised
You travel by private air-conditioned vehicle, the Halong Bay cruise boat and two domestic flights: Hanoi – Hue and Da Nang – Ho Chi Minh City. Breakfast and the meals listed for each day are included.
