This 9-day, 8-night private tour starts in Hanoi and continues through Ninh Bình, Hoi An, Da Nang and Phu Quoc. Sightseeing days alternate with free time at the pool or beach, a pace that works for families.
Culture, waterways and beach stays across Vietnam
Hanoi starts with Hoàn Kiếm Lake, the Old Quarter and a welcome dinner. The next day covers the Temple of Literature, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda, a museum and West Lake, with pho for lunch and a water puppet show.
In Ninh Bình you take a boat trip through Tràng An – Tam Cốc and visit Hang Múa or Hoa Lư, then stay the night at a resort there.
In Hoi An you have time in the old town, and on the second day you choose between a basket-boat ride in Cẩm Thanh and a cooking class. In Da Nang you visit Mỹ Khê Beach and Marble Mountains before flying to Phu Quoc.
On Phu Quoc the first afternoon is free at the pool or beach. The next day you take a boat to the southern islands, snorkel at the coral reefs and visit the night market in the evening.
The first days are sightseeing; the second half has more time at the resort, with one planned activity at each stop.
