This Sapa day trek follows village paths and cultivated landscapes through Ý Linh Hồ, Lao Chải and Tả Van. A local lunch is included, and the route ends with a vehicle transfer back to Sapa.

This route is designed to walk through Muong Hoa Valley rather than view it only from a vehicle. Village lanes and cultivated fields frame the way from Ý Linh Hồ through Lao Chải and onward to Tả Van.
Along the route, the setting brings H’Mông community life, homes and farming practices into the same landscape as the terraced fields. A local lunch creates a natural pause before the walk continues to Tả Van, where you can rest, take photographs, and learn about local culture.
The experience takes place outdoors and involves walking for most of the day. A car or van collects guests from the trekking endpoint for the return to central Sapa.
The route uses walking to connect Muong Hoa’s cultivated terrain with village life.
