12:00: Pick up at Phan Thiet/Mui Ne or meeting point
Vehicle picks up at bus station, Phan Thiet train station, hotel, or from Ho Chi Minh City/Da Lat/Nha Trang if package includes transfer. For guests from Ho Chi Minh City, travel time to Mui Ne is usually about 3–4 hours depending on traffic, weekends, and pickup point.
13:00: Local lunch / seafood lunch optional
Have lunch at a local restaurant or resort. For early arrivals, lunch can be before check-in.
14:00: Check-in resort
Guests check in, rest, use pool, beach, gym, spa, or resort grounds depending on room category. Sales should request double/twin beds, adjacent rooms, sea view, or connecting rooms if needed.
15:30: Beach free time
Guests are free to swim, use the pool, take photos at the resort, or rest in the room. Do not schedule too many activities on the first day if guests are traveling from far away.
17:00: Sunset beach walk / resort photo time

Booking is confirmed after a 30-50% deposit payment (varies by tour). Remaining balance is due 7-14 days before departure. For last-minute bookings (under 7 days), 100% payment is required upon confirmation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation policy: 14+ days before departure — 100% refund of deposit. 7-13 days — 50% refund. 3-6 days — 30% refund. Within 72 hours — no refund. Third-party services (flights, trains, hotels) follow the provider's own cancellation policy.
Itinerary Changes
Vibe Vietnam Tours reserves the right to adjust the itinerary when necessary due to weather, safety, or force majeure. Any changes will be communicated in advance, always prioritizing the best experience for our guests. Some attractions may close on holidays or for maintenance — we will substitute with equivalent alternatives.
Weather & Force Majeure
Outdoor tours may be affected by weather. In case of extreme weather (typhoons, floods, prolonged heavy rain), safety is our priority. We may reschedule, reroute, or cancel the tour with a flexible refund policy.
Health & Safety
Guests must inform us in advance of any special health conditions, food allergies, dietary requirements, or physical limitations. For tours involving physical activities (trekking, cycling, water sports), guests are responsible for assessing their own fitness to participate.
