Mỹ Tho & Bến Tre by Boat and Sampan
You cross the Tiền River by boat to Thới Sơn, then switch to a small paddled sampan and slip under the water-coconut palms. Back on land there is honey tea, a plate of fruit, and a coconut candy workshop where the candy is still warm when it reaches your hand.
Cái Răng Floating Market at Sunrise
On day two you leave the hotel early and take a boat out to Cái Răng. Traders sell fruit and noodles straight from their boats, and breakfast is a bowl of hủ tiếu eaten on the water.
Two Nights in One Hotel in Cần Thơ
Both nights are at the same three-star hotel by the river, so you only unpack once. On the first evening you are free to walk to Ninh Kiều wharf and the night market.
What Is Included
Meals, entrance tickets, and every boat and sampan ride on the itinerary are covered. A Vietnamese- or English-speaking guide stays with the group, and you get bottled water in the vehicle and basic travel insurance.
Not covered: personal spending, drinks that are not part of a listed meal, your flights or train to Ho Chi Minh City, tips for the guide and driver, and VAT invoices.
