Overview

This guided cultural tour follows the connections between Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple and the Old Quarter. Depending on the selected programme, it also brings in egg coffee, local food, the Temple of Literature, Ba Dinh area or an evening water puppet performance.

One day in the centre of Hanoi

Hanoi has been the capital for about a thousand years, and the day covers its main temples and the old streets.

The morning is spent on West Lake and around the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum: Tran Quoc Pagoda, which dates from the 6th century, then the Mausoleum complex and One Pillar Pagoda, and the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first national university, founded in 1070.

After lunch, you walk through the Old Quarter and its trade streets, then go to Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple. The day ends with egg coffee.

The base price covers the guide, admission fees, water on the vehicle and a water puppet show ticket for the evening programme. Lunch and hotel pick-up are not included.

Booking is confirmed after a 30-50% deposit payment (varies by tour). Remaining balance is due 7-14 days before departure. For last-minute bookings (under 7 days), 100% payment is required upon confirmation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation policy: 14+ days before departure — 100% refund of deposit. 7-13 days — 50% refund. 3-6 days — 30% refund. Within 72 hours — no refund. Third-party services (flights, trains, hotels) follow the provider's own cancellation policy.
Itinerary Changes
Vibe Vietnam Tour reserves the right to adjust the itinerary when necessary due to weather, safety, or force majeure. Any changes will be communicated in advance, always prioritizing the best experience for our guests. Some attractions may close on holidays or for maintenance — we will substitute with equivalent alternatives.
Weather & Force Majeure
Outdoor tours may be affected by weather. In case of extreme weather (typhoons, floods, prolonged heavy rain), safety is our priority. We may reschedule, reroute, or cancel the tour with a flexible refund policy.
Health & Safety
Guests must inform us in advance of any special health conditions, food allergies, dietary requirements, or physical limitations. For tours involving physical activities (trekking, cycling, water sports), guests are responsible for assessing their own fitness to participate. Vibe Vietnam Tour strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance.
Children Policy
Children under 5 are usually free or discounted (varies by tour). Ages 6-11 are charged 50-75% of adult price. Ages 12+ are charged as adults. Please confirm the specific child policy for each tour when booking.
