Free time in the Old Quarter
The afternoon of day 2 and the morning of day 3 are free for coffee, Dong Xuan Market or the craft shops on the Hang streets.
Practical notes for the Hanoi stay
Accommodation is at a central Hanoi hotel, and check-out follows the hotel's own stated time. Breakfast is served at the hotel on both mornings; one lunch during the city sightseeing day and the evening food tour are included, while other meals and drinks are not.
The evening Vespa tour, cooking class, water puppet show, and Old Quarter cyclo ride are optional services and not part of the included program. The food tour takes place in the Old Quarter, so that part of the evening is spent walking.
