Overview

This private itinerary uses Phong Nha as a single base for two nights. The middle day carries the sightseeing: Paradise Cave in the morning, then a boat up the Son River into Phong Nha Cave in the afternoon.

What to expect on the cave days

The Paradise Cave visit involves walking to the cave entrance and moving along the wooden walkway inside the cave, after the electric cart ride within the site. Phong Nha Cave is reached by boat on the Son River.

Breakfast is served at the hotel, and the other meals follow the program. Pick-up on the first day is at Đồng Hới airport or the train station, and the stay ends with check-out on the final morning.

Booking Policy
Booking is confirmed after a 30-50% deposit payment (varies by tour). Remaining balance is due 7-14 days before departure. For last-minute bookings (under 7 days), 100% payment is required upon confirmation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation policy: 14+ days before departure — 100% refund of deposit. 7-13 days — 50% refund. 3-6 days — 30% refund. Within 72 hours — no refund. Third-party services (flights, trains, hotels) follow the provider's own cancellation policy.
Itinerary Changes
Vibe Vietnam Tour reserves the right to adjust the itinerary when necessary due to weather, safety, or force majeure. Any changes will be communicated in advance, always prioritizing the best experience for our guests. Some attractions may close on holidays or for maintenance — we will substitute with equivalent alternatives.
Weather & Force Majeure
Outdoor tours may be affected by weather. In case of extreme weather (typhoons, floods, prolonged heavy rain), safety is our priority. We may reschedule, reroute, or cancel the tour with a flexible refund policy.
Health & Safety
Guests must inform us in advance of any special health conditions, food allergies, dietary requirements, or physical limitations. For tours involving physical activities (trekking, cycling, water sports), guests are responsible for assessing their own fitness to participate. Vibe Vietnam Tour strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance.
Children Policy
Children under 5 are usually free or discounted (varies by tour). Ages 6-11 are charged 50-75% of adult price. Ages 12+ are charged as adults. Please confirm the specific child policy for each tour when booking.
