Day 1

Arrive Dong Hoi – Phong Nha

Pick up at Dong Hoi airport or Dong Hoi train station. Private car takes you to Phong Nha (45-60 minutes). Check in at hotel/resort/homestay. Afternoon: light exploration of Phong Nha town, walk/café by the Son River. Evening: welcome dinner with local dishes. Overnight in Phong Nha.

Paradise Cave – Phong Nha Cave – Son River

After breakfast, depart to visit Paradise Cave. Take the internal electric car, walk up to the cave entrance, explore the wooden walkway inside the cave with magnificent stalactites. Midday: lunch at a local restaurant. Afternoon: boat ride on the Son River into Phong Nha Cave – a water cave with an underground river. Return to hotel. Evening: free time. Overnight in Phong Nha.

Booking is confirmed after a 30-50% deposit payment (varies by tour). Remaining balance is due 7-14 days before departure. For last-minute bookings (under 7 days), 100% payment is required upon confirmation.

Cancellation policy: 14+ days before departure — 100% refund of deposit. 7-13 days — 50% refund. 3-6 days — 30% refund. Within 72 hours — no refund. Third-party services (flights, trains, hotels) follow the provider's own cancellation policy.

Vibe Vietnam Tour reserves the right to adjust the itinerary when necessary due to weather, safety, or force majeure. Any changes will be communicated in advance, always prioritizing the best experience for our guests. Some attractions may close on holidays or for maintenance — we will substitute with equivalent alternatives.
