Overview

This is a private four-day, three-night tour that starts and ends in Ho Chi Minh City and spends most of its time in the western Mekong Delta. Prices start at 333 USD per person. A private air-conditioned vehicle covers the whole route, with an English-speaking guide on the touring days.

Practical notes for this itinerary

Breakfast is served at your accommodation, and lunch and dinner follow the daily programme. Pick-up or drop-off at Tân Sơn Nhất airport is included only when it is stated in the package; a central Ho Chi Minh City hotel is the standard meeting point.

Flights, visa and entry documents, personal travel insurance, drinks, laundry and tips for the guide and driver are not part of the price. The last day involves a longer drive back to Ho Chi Minh City, with a rest stop and lunch on the way.

Booking Policy
Booking is confirmed after a 30-50% deposit payment (varies by tour). Remaining balance is due 7-14 days before departure. For last-minute bookings (under 7 days), 100% payment is required upon confirmation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation policy: 14+ days before departure — 100% refund of deposit. 7-13 days — 50% refund. 3-6 days — 30% refund. Within 72 hours — no refund. Third-party services (flights, trains, hotels) follow the provider's own cancellation policy.
Itinerary Changes
Vibe Vietnam Tour reserves the right to adjust the itinerary when necessary due to weather, safety, or force majeure. Any changes will be communicated in advance, always prioritizing the best experience for our guests. Some attractions may close on holidays or for maintenance — we will substitute with equivalent alternatives.
Weather & Force Majeure
Outdoor tours may be affected by weather. In case of extreme weather (typhoons, floods, prolonged heavy rain), safety is our priority. We may reschedule, reroute, or cancel the tour with a flexible refund policy.
Health & Safety
Guests must inform us in advance of any special health conditions, food allergies, dietary requirements, or physical limitations. For tours involving physical activities (trekking, cycling, water sports), guests are responsible for assessing their own fitness to participate. Children Policy
Children under 5 are usually free or discounted (varies by tour). Ages 6-11 are charged 50-75% of adult price. Ages 12+ are charged as adults. Please confirm the specific child policy for each tour when booking.
