Morning: Beach team building

The program is led by an MC and game master, with full game equipment, team shirts, team flags, and mobile sound. The games are designed around your goals: bonding, communication, leadership, sales kick-off, or company anniversary. A photographer captures the moments for your group.

Evening: Gala dinner

Stage, backdrop, sound, lighting, MC, entertainment, awards, and lucky draw. The menu can be a restaurant set menu, an outdoor beach BBQ, or a resort buffet, depending on the concept and budget.

Flexible concept

Depending on industry and goals: kick-off, leadership retreat, annual trip, company anniversary, incentive. It can be combined with golf, Ba Na Hills, Hoi An, Son Tra, and an evening city tour to create a complete 2-3 day package.

Policies

Booking Policy
Booking is confirmed after a 30-50% deposit payment (varies by tour). Remaining balance is due 7-14 days before departure. For last-minute bookings (under 7 days), 100% payment is required upon confirmation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation policy: 14+ days before departure — 100% refund of deposit. 7-13 days — 50% refund. 3-6 days — 30% refund. Within 72 hours — no refund. Third-party services (flights, trains, hotels) follow the provider's own cancellation policy.
Itinerary Changes
Vibe Vietnam Tour reserves the right to adjust the itinerary when necessary due to weather, safety, or force majeure. Any changes will be communicated in advance, always prioritizing the best experience for our guests. Some attractions may close on holidays or for maintenance — we will substitute with equivalent alternatives.
Weather & Force Majeure
Outdoor tours may be affected by weather. In case of extreme weather (typhoons, floods, prolonged heavy rain), safety is our priority. We may reschedule, reroute, or cancel the tour with a flexible refund policy.
Health & Safety
Guests must inform us in advance of any special health conditions, food allergies, dietary requirements, or physical limitations. For tours involving physical activities (trekking, cycling, water sports), guests are responsible for assessing their own fitness to participate. Vibe Vietnam Tour strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance.
Children Policy
Children under 5 are usually free or discounted (varies by tour). Ages 6-11 are charged 50-75% of adult price. Ages 12+ are charged as adults. Please confirm the specific child policy for each tour when booking.
Liability & Insurance
Vibe Vietnam Tour is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, riots, epidemics, or local government decisions.
