Day 1 covers Can Tho on land. After arriving, you visit a fruit garden, a fresh noodle village and a local cocoa workshop. You can get around the garden area by bicycle, electric vehicle or small boat.
Day 2 is on the river. A boat takes you to Cai Rang Floating Market, where traders sell from their boats, then to Phong Dien Floating Market. Back on land you visit the noodle village and a fruit garden, then have lunch before the onward journey.
You stay at a riverside homestay or a 3-star hotel in Can Tho. In the evening you can walk the Can Tho pedestrian street, rest, or join the optional night food tour.
