Arrive in Da Nang – Resort Check-in

Pick up at Da Nang Airport, transfer to resort near My Khe Beach. Check in and relax.

Golf Round at Ba Na Hills Golf Club
Morning
Depart for Ba Na Hills Golf Club, play 18 holes at the foot of Ba Na Mountain.
Noon: Lunch at clubhouse.
Afternoon
/Evening: Return to resort, swim or free time. In the evening, stroll around Dragon Bridge and dinner.

Morning
Play 18 holes at Montgomerie Links Vietnam (links style) or BRG Da Nang Golf Resort (beachside) — depending on preference.

Booking Policy
Booking is confirmed after a 30-50% deposit payment (varies by tour). Remaining balance is due 7-14 days before departure. For last-minute bookings (under 7 days), 100% payment is required upon confirmation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation policy: 14+ days before departure — 100% refund of deposit. 7-13 days — 50% refund. 3-6 days — 30% refund. Within 72 hours — no refund. Third-party services (flights, trains, hotels) follow the provider's own cancellation policy.
Itinerary Changes
Vibe Vietnam Tour reserves the right to adjust the itinerary when necessary due to weather, safety, or force majeure. Any changes will be communicated in advance, always prioritizing the best experience for our guests. Some attractions may close on holidays or for maintenance — we will substitute with equivalent alternatives.
Weather & Force Majeure
Outdoor tours may be affected by weather. In case of extreme weather (typhoons, floods, prolonged heavy rain), safety is our priority. We may reschedule, reroute, or cancel the tour with a flexible refund policy.
Health & Safety
Guests must inform us in advance of any special health conditions, food allergies, dietary requirements, or physical limitations. For tours involving physical activities (trekking, cycling, water sports), guests are responsible for assessing their own fitness to participate. Vibe Vietnam Tour strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance.
Children Policy
Children under 5 are usually free or discounted (varies by tour). Ages 6-11 are charged 50-75% of adult price. Ages 12+ are charged as adults. Please confirm the specific child policy for each tour when booking.
